Reservation Policy:

• Some dishes are limited in supply. We apologize if they are sold out.

• Reservations are accepted within 30 days in advance, for up to 6 guests per booking.

• Please confirm your reservation via SMS or email at least 48 hours before the reserved time. If confirmation is not received and we are unable to reach you by phone, your reservation will be considered canceled.

• Even if online reservations are unavailable for certain dates, feel free to call or email us—we might still be able to arrange a table for you.

• We hold your reservation for 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be considered canceled.

• For cancellations, please do so at least 48 hours before your reservation via our reservation system. No charges will apply.

• For changes to your reservation (date, number of guests, etc.), please call or email us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to assist.

• Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals past the final seating time will be charged a deposit fee of NT$800 per person.

• If the phone number or email address you provide is incorrect, your reservation will be considered canceled. Please make sure to input the correct contact information.

• For same-day reservations, please call us directly.

Dining Policy:

• During peak times, dining is limited to 90 minutes.

• À la carte menu only. A 10% service charge applies.

• Only imported still or sparkling mineral water is served. A water charge of NT$90 per person applies.

• Some dishes contain meat and/or nuts. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

• Outside food or drinks (including beer or bubble tea) are not allowed.

• To ensure the best service experience, we currently only accommodate guests aged 8 and above.

Corkage Fee:

• Wine or sake (up to 750ml): NT$1,000 per bottle
  Spirits: NT$1,200 per bottle

• One bottle includes 4 glasses. From the 5th glass onward, NT$100 per additional glass applies.

• Larger bottles will be charged proportionally based on volume. Bottles smaller than standard size are still charged as one full bottle.

• If alcohol is purchased in-house, one bottle of corkage can be waived per in-house purchase of NT$1,700 or more.

Celebrations:

• Bringing your own cake will incur a NT$50 per person service fee. If the cake causes excessive mess, a cleaning fee of NT$1,500 will be charged.
